Key clauses (to implement)

• License: Free tier is provided as-is; Pro/Dev grants a personal, non-transferable license.
• Acceptable use: no unlawful content; no reselling the CLI as a competing service.
• Service availability: Free tier has no SLA; local-storage data loss is user responsibility until Pro sync ships.
• Liability: capped at amount paid in last 12 months.
