Policy (to implement)

Pro (one-time): 30-day no-questions refund if not used beyond trial exports.
Dev (subscription): cancel anytime; prorated refund within first 7 days of a billing cycle.
Refund request: email hi@webcreate.example with order id.
Abuse (serial refunds) → account review.
